The charity is represented by the trustees who collectively bring a balanced and broad range of skills. The constitution allows up to ten trustees to sit on the board of which up to four can be nominated by RYA Cymru Wales and up to five directly appointed. The Chief Executive of RYA Cymru Wales may also sit as an ex-officio trustee.
