Jonathan Luke is a seasoned entrepreneur and engineer with more than 15 years of business leadership experience and an RYA Cymru Wales Board member.
Through his own two children he has seen for himself the enjoyment, self-confidence and other life-skills sailing can give to children of all ages and abilities. He was driven to get involved in the All-Afloat charity to help give other children the opportunity to get involved in sailing. He brings his many business management skills to the charity
