Phil Tilley is a lifelong sailor, active triathlete and Sport Wales Board member with 30+ years of high-tech industry experience managing many global marketing projects.
He discovered sailing at school and continued through college and into married life where he competed with his wife at National level. A father of three girls he has had first hand experience of the sailing pathways. His experiences have led to a number of voluntary roles within the RYA including RYA UK Youth Racing chair of selectors, member of the RYA Marketing and participation committee and formerly RYA CW performance committee member.
