Rosina Hearn is the RYA development officer for North Wales. Alongside this role Rosina has been fundamental in getting All Afloat established.
She has led many of the projects including raising the funds, supporting our delivery partners and ensuring all participants have a great experience. Rosina has a great passion for getting everyone on the water and as a qualified teacher, having worked in education previously, she understands how many benefits there are from sailing and taking part in outdoor activity. She is also an RYA Senior Instructor and Powerboat Trainer, Commodore of Llandudno Sailing Club and a proud member of the Royal Navy Reserves.
